Terms and Conditions

Check-in time: 3pm or after
  • Check-out time: 11am
  • Minimum check-in age is 21
  • $100 Damage Deposit Hold on valid credit card at check-in
  • $25 per night resort fee assessed at check-in
  • While our rentals are designed for the self-catering traveler, a friendly and attentive on-site guest manager is available to assist with any questions, comments or concerns after you book with The Cole Hotel.
  • Payment is due in full by credit or debit card only. 12.5% Palm Springs hotel tax/TOT is charged on the room rate, cleaning, and admin fees.
  • This is a non-smoking premise. Please refrain from smoking, an additional cleaning charge of $250 will be incurred if this rule is violated
  • There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation.
  • All guests 21 and older are allowed at this property.
  • Rollaway/extra beds are not available, Cribs (Infant beds) are not available
  • No glassware in outdoor areas or at the pool.
  • Pool hours are 7am – 10pm (7am-9am is quiet hour by the pool, please be mindful of noise)
  • The Cole Hotel allows dogs with a maximum weight of 35lbs. and a fee of $100/stay
  • Please do not unplug electronics.
  • The Cole Hotel has the right to refuse service to anyone who disregards rules and safety of other guests
  • The Cole Hotel has the right to evict guests who damage or cause unsafe actions during their stay and are denied any refunds.
  • The Cole Hotel is not liable for any COVID-19 related illnesses. We hold true to our highest standard of cleanliness and attempts to disinfect all surfaces property-wide.
